How this works
Seven points, in order. The last two are unusual for a site like this and they stay in.
- 1
You find a programme and apply through Launchpad.
Filter the programmes against your own situation, your city, your age, your qualification, and how much you can pay before you hold anything in writing.
- 2
We review your application and call you.
The call confirms fit, and explains the fee, the payment schedule, and what is and is not promised. It is a structured call and we keep a record of what was said.
- 3
If it fits, we introduce you to the training provider. That is where our involvement ends.
We tell you exactly which of your details we are sharing, before we share them.
- 4
From that point your agreement is with the provider.
You pay them directly. Launchpad is not a party to it and holds none of your money.
- 5
The employer decides who is hired.
Launchpad has no part in that decision. What happens on the hiring side is between you, the training provider and the employer, ask them directly what they can and cannot commit to, and get the answer in writing.
- 6
Before you pay anyone anything, get these in writing.
The full fee schedule and what is due when. The refund terms. What happens if you are not selected. And who to contact if something goes wrong.
- 7
How we are paid.
Providers pay us a fee when a candidate we introduce enrols. That is the whole of how Launchpad earns, and you should weigh what we tell you knowing it.
Launchpad introduces candidates to training providers and has no role in hiring decisions.
