Terms of use

These terms govern your use of Launchpad, operated by N53 Techworks LLP, 19th Floor, Tower-B, Alphathum, Sector-90, Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201305, India.

What this service is

Launchpad introduces candidates to independent training providers. That is the whole of the service.

We do not deliver training. We do not collect, hold, or process course fees. We do not arrange or advise on financing, and we have no arrangement with any company that lends. We do not employ anyone through this platform and we take no part in an employer's hiring decision.

What we show you

Every programme page is built from a published version, a dated, immutable snapshot of the facts a provider gave us. When you apply, that snapshot is stored with your application, so what you were shown can always be reproduced, including after the programme changes.

We take reasonable care that what we publish matches the provider's own documents, and we record where those documents disagree with each other rather than picking a reading. We do not independently verify a provider's claims about salary, seats, or reimbursement, and we say so on the page where those claims appear.

Fees

Any programme fee is payable by you to the training provider, directly. Launchpad is not a party to that payment, does not receive it, and cannot refund it. The refund terms of a programme are the provider's, and you should get them in writing before you pay anything.

Employment

Hiring decisions are made by the employer. Launchpad takes no part in them, and nothing on this site, in an email from us, or said on a call with us is an offer of employment on our part or a commitment as to the outcome. What is or is not committed on the hiring side is a matter between you, the training provider and the employer; ask them directly and get the answer in writing before you pay anything.

How we are paid

Training providers pay us a fee when a candidate we introduce enrols. We disclose this because you should be able to weigh what we tell you knowing how we earn. Our programme listings are ordered by the amount a candidate pays before they hold a written offer, ascending, never by what we are paid.

Your responsibilities

Give us accurate information. An application built on inaccurate details wastes your time and the provider's. Do not use this site to submit an application on someone else's behalf without their knowledge.

Liability

We are responsible for the accuracy of our own reproduction of a provider's documents, for the security of the data you give us, and for doing what these terms say we will do.

We are not responsible for the conduct of a training provider or an employer, for the quality of training we do not deliver, or for a hiring decision we take no part in. Where a provider or employer causes you loss, your claim lies against them. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and nothing here asks you to give up a remedy the law gives you.

Version history

VersionEffective fromWhat changed
121 August 2026First published.
221 August 2026Employment wording revised. Launchpad no longer states that employment is not guaranteed; it states that hiring decisions are made by the employer, that it takes no part in them, and that what is committed on the hiring side is a matter between the candidate, the training provider and the employer.
321 August 2026Retention stated in full. The table now names every class of data held, including staged uploads, interest registrations and data requests, and states that each period is closed by a daily job rather than on request. No period was lengthened; three were stated for the first time.

Every change to this page creates a new stored version. The old one is retained, so it is always possible to establish what a candidate agreed to on the day they applied.
