What the role pays

Indicative CTC per year, as stated by the training provider.

Fixed ₹2.74 LPA plus variable up to ₹3 LPA, per the brochure.

₹10,000 a month while you train

₹10,000 per month during the five-week classroom period and ₹12,000 per month during the two-month on-the-job period, per the brochure.

  2. From this step onward your agreement is with Crack-ED (GirnarSoft Pvt Ltd). You pay them directly. Launchpad is not a party to that agreement, holds none of your money, and has no role in selection.

    Screening and interview

    Training provider

    An interview assessing communication skills, role fit and professional readiness.

  3. Counselling and selection

    Training provider

    One-on-one counselling on the role, expectations and career path.

  4. Offer and enrolment

    EmployerFee due

    Selected candidates receive a Letter of Intent and complete enrolment; the programme fee is due at enrolment.

  5. Programme onboarding

    Training provider

    Structured orientation and readiness alignment, then five weeks of classroom training and two months on the job.
